For Uber, there are Greenlight locations that are HUBS or SPOTS. Uber Hubs will provide you with full time Uber support staff who can assist you with everything. Uber Spots are like pop-up locations that vary in hours and days they are open; Spots also may not be able to provide you with the full support you need, so contact Uber directly before going.
